Do you have a physical location I can visit?
We are a private design studio with a physical location.
Clientele may visit by appointment only.
We are located in Kevil, Kentucky.
We offer phone consultations and ship to all US locations and Canada.

How can I calculate costs for my wedding?
We offer a price guideline to help you estimate costs.
This is just a guide -
we are happy to make any adjustments necessary to stay in your budget.
We can accommodate any event - from small to large.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend that silk bridal packages are ordered at least three months in advance. This will insure you will receive your first choice selections. It allows us time to obtain materials from our suppliers at the lowest possible price. We can take limited orders on shorter notice. Premium flowers may take up to 6 months to order.
Can I order single items outside of a package?
We gladly accept single item and small orders.
Our time frame for these items is generally 2-3 weeks.
All our items are custom made in our studio.
Rush orders accepted subject to availability.
We have no minimum order requirement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal is our preferred processor for Visa or MasterCard. You may still use PayPal even if you do not have your own PayPal account.
We accept VISA or MasterCard in our shopping cart, Ebay store or email.
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. All payments are subject to verification and confirmation of funds through our bank. Subject to extended processing time due to bank clearinghouse restrictions. Orders will not go into production until full payment is received and processed.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Kentucky residents are charged current state sales tax = 6%
Orders outside of Kentucky are not charged tax at this time.
We have no handling fees, but shipping costs are charged to the customer.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping charged to customer based on box size and weight.
USPS or FedEx shipping =
insurance & delivery confirmation to protect both parties from loss.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment.
Notify us immediately of damage & we will assist you in filing a claim.
You must provide notice of damage within 48 hours of shipment confirmation in order for us to process a valid claim.

We reserve the right to select shipping carrier based on lowest fee available - we refund excessive shipping fees.
Do you offer designs other than weddings?
We offer our services for the following:
home decor, office, corporate, holiday decorating and gift baskets.
We can work with you by phone or by appointment in our studio.
Large local orders - our designer will work with you on-site.
Do you sell loose flower stems?
At this time we do not offer our stems on a retail basis.
As a small private studio, we do not have the facilities to
operate a floral wholesale operation.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed/confirmed we do not accept any amendments.
Bridal packages can accept changes during the consultation process only.
Once you sign your contract & final selections, you will not be able to make changes. Your items have been special ordered.
How can I track my order?
We will gladly keep you informed on any order by e-mail.
It is our policy to update our clients during the entire design process.
After shipment, you will have a tracking number for on-line track delivery.
What is the production time for bows, albums and baskets?
We try to ship these items within two weeks of initial order.
Occasionally, materials are back-ordered from our suppliers.
In the event of a backorder, we will notify you of anticipated ship date.
Do you have more fabric choices for albums and pillows?
We research any fabric you have in mind for a project.
Send us an e-mail with your color choice and style of fabric.
PLEASE BE SPECIFIC! - color, pattern, type of fabric or ribbon.
Special order fabric, client will be responsible for shipping to our studio.
What is your return policy?
Due to custom nature of our products we do not accept returns.
We will gladly replace any item due to an error by our studio.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Our strict "Make-It-Right" policies insure that we will extend every
reasonable courtesy to our clients in order to resolve any issues.
We will work with you on any issue to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not offer our products at wholesale.
In order to protect the integrity of our exclusive designs,
B2B inquiries are considered on a limited basis to specialty retailers.
No drop shipping by/for unauthorized wholesale sales.
Do you have samples?
Samples of flowers at wholesale cost + shipping ONLY to brides under contract with our studio. If you wish to return the item to our studio, we will reuse it in your project and issue a credit to your final invoice. We will send an e-swatch of fabric and ribbon colors at no charge. In order to keep our prices low, we order our flowers in quantity. Unfortunately, our suppliers do not offer single flower samples. Rest assured, we are very selective when choosing flowers. Manufacturer pictures of flowers are available for your approval before we order them for your project.
