Occasionally, our calculator may charge an excessive amount pew bows/light weight boxes. Due to the low weight for bows, it is difficult to program our system to accurately reflect shipping charges. If you are ordering over 12 bows, you can submit your order by e-mail and we will manually process your purchase to reflect an adjusted shipment calculation. Shipping overpayment will be automatically refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It is our policy not to overcharge for shipping. 
We use the following method to calculate our shipping charges:

:: our flowers are packaged with great care to insure safe & timely delivery to our clients ::
Amanda Rose will contact you before shipment to verify shipping address and schedule an anticipated delivery date. We photograph all orders before shipment as evidence of completeness. We require FedEx or USPS Priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation to protect both parties from loss for all wedding packages under contract with our studio. Items purchased from our ebay or etsy store will ship by method indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to choose or change the shipping carrier at any time & for any reason. Flowers are packed in tissue to avoid crushing and plastic bags to avoid moisture damage. We do not use styrofoam packing peanuts. The foam does not provide proper support during shipment.

:: Amanda Rose Floral Studio is not responsible for damage occurring during shipment ::
In the event of loss/damage, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and submitting a claim form. Claims must be filed within 48 hours from receipt of delivery. Your shipment is insured, any claims for loss will be satisfied & negotiated by USPS/UPS/FedEx. We are not responsible for damage incurred by improper handling of product by client after receipt. Due to the delicate nature of silk flowers, an occasional flower head may become loose from its stem during shipment. Please be aware that the blossom may easily be reattached and does not constitute a defect in product. All our flowers are carefully inspected for quality during assembly and prior to shipment. All arrangements are glued and wired for security. We strongly advise you to use extreme care when using your floral products.  Flowers are wrapped and photographed before shipment to protect our investment. You will be sent a notice to verify shipment, a tracking number and delivery confirmation notice when we verify he delievery with FedEx.

:: pew and table bows may require some minimal re-shaping after shipment ::
To insure bows look their best for your event, we recommend that you unpack and hang bows in a safe area until ready for use. Wired ribbon may be easily smoothed into shape after unpacking.

canadian clients are responsible for duty/tax due on arrival of dispatch

due to custom nature of our business, products are non-refundable - no returns

This means we'll do our best to make you happy with good communication & service.
It does not mean that we cater to diva's, bridezilla's and unreasonable demands.

If you are a local customer you may choose to pick up your flowers from our studio.
Local customers may select the "no-stress" option of a full service bridal package.
This includes delivery, set-up and personal designer assistance at your event.
