• we are very specific about every type of flower that you will get in your arrangements
• all silk flowers will be identified with these specific descriptions:
- real touch - standard silk - soft touch
- natural touch - professional designer silk - latex coated
- Floramatique brand - true touch
• in most cases you will be sent e-mail photos of flowers before they are ordered for your project
• we do not try to pass off inferior quality flowers as premium professional grade
- if you are ordering premium real touch flowers that is what you are getting
- we do not substitute "silk" flowers or mix in fillers and greenery
• we do not carry foam, plastic, budget, rubber, dew drop, dollar store, craft store silk flowers
• all flowers in our gallery were created & originally designed by our studio
- we will not copy another florists design - please do not ask us to do so
- we are more than happy to use magazine or website bouquets as an inspiration
• all gallery pictures are real photograph's taken by the designer - NOT "photo shopped"
- our pictures are not airbrushed, digitally altered or color enhanced
- bouquets shown are actual bouquets we have created & custom designed
- we have not manipulated photos to include extra flowers that were not there originally
- all brides depicted are real clients - not fake models for advertising purposes
- the only photo editing tool we use is a "cut out" feature to create inspiration boards
• we have a physical location and a real working design studio
- we are not operating at our dining room table or out of a phantom virtual office
- our location, phone number and contact infomation is clearly listed
- brides under contract may text our cell phone at any time
• enjoy the benefits of working and communicating with your own personal designer
- just like an interior designer who comes to your home ~ the same person will design,
communicate, and hand select all the materials for your project
- I don't take orders and pass them off to an intern or another designer who can not
possibly understand your vision because they never established a relationship with you
• you will receive a detailed listing of ALL items in your project for approval
- this includes the exact flowers, size, ribbons, pins, colors, detailed description of all
designs, special accents, item count, shipping, fees and total cost
- your project is documented with precise legal documents for your protection (not ours)
• each bride will receive the following services included at no extra cost
- consultation and design assistance to plan the flowers
- unlimited e-mail and phone consultation as needed
- follow-up and notifications of every step in the order process
- custom design and research for special order flowers and accents
- secure payments with PayPal
- preview photos on request (no re-design of flowers allowed)
- re-design of any flowers will be charged a labor fee and cost of additional product
• our bouquets are constructed for fullness and proportion
- the arrangements will look good from the top AND the side views
- flowers are carefully placed and shaped in a symmetrical fashion
- we do not push all the flowers to the top of the bouquet in order to achieve a false
measurement for size that only looks good from the top view
- bouquet stems are carefully and evenly cut
• bouquets are securely wired and floral taped to maintain shape & secure presentation
- each individual flower is carefully placed and arranged to insure even color distribution
• ribbons are tightly wrapped and applied securely and evenly
- we use only high quality double faced satin ribbons and professional trims
- a special base wrap is applied under all ribbons to insure comfort & a smooth wrap
• ribbon pins are secured into place to prevent slippage
• rhinestones are premium clear stones set in sterling silver
• all fabrics in bridal accessories are premium quality
- cottons are high thread count quilt quality fabrics
- bridal satins are heavy weight premium dress maker fabrics
- all other fabrics are special ordered from a professional fabric supply source
• pearls and crystals are genuine Swarovski glass and faceted crystal
• flowers are carefully packed and shipped in tissue - plastic wrapping - air puff cushions
- this protects flowers from moisture and helps to prevent crushing the flowers
- we can individually label all items on request
- as an eco-friendly company we use recycled/reclaimed boxes for shipment
- your flowers will never be packaged in styrofoam peanuts - shipping info

why do I have to fill out an estimate and contract?
• an estimate form is the quickest and easiest way to communicate
- don't waste your time with multiple e-mail's, answering questions & phone call's
- we will have a clear understanding of what you are looking for right away
• it is very important that your order remains organized and clear
- by completing the estimate we can see at a glance the information we need to order
all the flowers and materials for your project without sorting through a stack of e-mail's
• we treat each bride equally and fairly with open and honest communication
• a contract is an essential and important part of any reputable business
- contracts provide you very important information regarding your project
- a signed contract is the wedding industry standard
- all honest wedding vendors from DJ's, bridal salon's, reception venues - even churches
require this important document to protect your legal rights and insure all parties are
communicating in a fair and open manner
- our contract was created so that you know EXACTLY what to expect from our company
• if your vendors do not require a contract you should be asking them for one!
- don't expose yourself to fraud, deception, loss and poor communication
- an e-mail is not a legally binding document
- ONLY a signed contract is honored by the courts and payment processors
- it is very important that you fully read your contract and understand the contents
• all products are custom designed - no returns
- we will work in every reasonable manner to have a happy bride & positive experience
- our policy is "make-it-right" and high customer satisfaction
- we will do our best to make you happy with good communication and great service
- it does not mean we cater to diva's, bridezilla's and unreasonable demands
