RESEARCH & PLANNING -
We will happily provide intensive research for flowers and special accents for your project.
Project planning and consultation are provided ONLY to those clients with a PAID DEPOSIT.

We provide every client with a complimentary initial estimate and extensive follow-up consultation,
to plan and excute your custom design tailored to your specific needs.
We do not provide free design research without a commitment.
Project planning, floral research & acquistion of supplies are provided with a signed contract.
If we are unable to secure the correct materials needed for your project,
your deposit will be refunded promptly. All other deposits are not refundable.
Consultations are extensive and very detailed to insure completeness.
SPECIAL NOTICE from the designer . . .
Your pricing for a package is more than just flowers. It includes professional design services and
extensive consultation to plan and research all materials for your project. Your flowers are custom
designed based on your style and personality - not chosen out of a florists book of stock photo's.
What should a bride prepare for the initial consultation?
* photograph of gown, dress or attire
* color swatches of fabric attire for the wedding party
* pictures of bouquets and flowers that you love
* photo's of designs that you DO NOT like
Payments and Deposits -
Wedding floral packages deposit schedule . . .
Hold your date for $50.00 (non-refundable) and set up a payment schedule.
With your paid deposit we will contact you for the consultation to pre-plan your project.
To order your materials we require payment = to 60% of total order placed.
When order is confirmed with final choices - we have ordered your flowers from the supplier.
sorry . . . NO CHANGES/alterations are accepted.
You may add on to your project, but you can not change the materials in progress.
Final payment and shipping charges due PRIOR to design completion and assembly.
We will not begin work on your project until it is paid in full.
Any order that is not paid in full in a timely manner will be removed from calendar and placed on hold.
Choosing to cancel an order means all materials/security deposit are forfeited by client to our studio.
We will keep you informed on every step of your order & issue a detailed schedule for your project.
