:: when our design schedule is full we can not accept any new orders
:: allow time to secure premium materials from our suppliers at the lowest possible costs
:: if we spend less on materials we pass the savings on to you
:: we want to give your project the time and attention it deserves
CUSTOM ORDER RESEARCH & PLANNING
We will happily provide intensive research for flowers and special accents for your project.
Project planning/consultation are provided ONLY to those clients with a PAID DEPOSIT.
We provide every client with a complimentary initial estimate and follow-up.
Your flowers will be custom designed tailored to your specific needs.
Due to the time and attention to detail we only provide design research with a commitment.
Project planning, floral research & acquistion of supplies are provided with a signed contract.
If we are unable to secure the correct materials needed for your project,
your deposit will be refunded promptly. All other deposits are not refundable.
Consultations are extensive and very detailed to insure we clearly understand your vision.

The price you pay is much more than just flowers!
As a private studio providing custom design work, all of these services are INCLUDED:
○ consultation time to plan the flowers
○ research for possible flowers to include and choices
○ creative professional design advice
○ search for bouquet designs and inspiration photo's
○ special order all flowers, ribbons and special accents
○ preview photo of bridal bouquet
○ detailed list of all flowers, size, ribbons, pins, colors, description of design
○ precise documentation and consistant e-mail contact of progress
○ custom design service based on your style and personality
○ labeling and careful packaging of flowers for safe shipment
○ shipping notification, tracking and insurance
○ personal attention and high standards for quality
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
A minimum order for custom bridal flowers is $150.00.
Orders less than $150.00 will be limited on flower availability & custom choices.
Hold your date for $50.00 (non-refundable) and set up a payment schedule.
With a paid deposit we will contact you for the consultation to pre-plan your project.
To order flowers and materials we require payment of 60% of total order placed.
When your order is approved and confirmed with final choices we will order your flowers.
Please make your selections carefully - this is a custom order just for you.
sorry . . . NO CHANGES/alterations are accepted.
You may add on to your project, but you can not deduct from the materials in progress.
MATERIALS HAVE BEEN SPECIAL ORDERED and can not be deleted from your order.
Final payment and shipping charges due PRIOR to design completion and assembly.
We will not begin work on your project until it is paid in full with a signed contract.
Orders not paid in full in a timely manner will be removed from calendar & placed on hold.
Choosing to cancel an order means all materials/security deposit are forfeited by client to
our studio. You will not receive a refund of your 60% deposit or the flowers.
We keep you informed on every step of your order & issue a detailed list for your project.

We often see budget silks listed on competitor websites as "professional high quality".
Be careful! This is very misleading and we want you to have the best possible flowers.

It includes professional design services and extensive consultation to plan, research, package, photograph and special order all of the materials for your project. All flowers are custom designed based on your style and personality. Your flowers will never be selected from a florist book of stock photo's or a shopping cart system with pre-made arrangements.
